Is it possible to order just once, or do I have to subscribe?
Our online ordering system is made in the form of a recurring subscription, with no commitment! You choose the delivery frequency between 1 and 6 weeks and you have full control from your customer account. You can log in at any time to skip future orders, cancel your subscription, or change the flavours of future orders. Additionally, we also offer gift boxes which are a great alternative to ensure that you only receive 2, 4 or 6 Evive boxes, without having to subscribe. If I place an order on your site, how soon will I receive it?
The delivery time is 10 working days on average. All orders placed before Thursday at midnight will be delivered on Wednesday of the following week. For those passed after this deadline, the packages will be delivered the following week, 10 days later. You will receive a confirmation email on the Monday of your delivery week to notify you that the package is on its way. Example Scenario: If you order on Friday, March 8, 2019, your package will be delivered to you on Wednesday, March 20, 2019.
How can I change my delivery frequency?
To change your delivery frequency every 1-6 weeks, simply write to our customer service department at email@example.com. It will be our pleasure to assist you! You can also make this change via your customer account.
When should I cancel or skip an order?
In order for changes to your account to be applied, such as skipping an order, changing flavours or cancelling your subscription, you must do so before Thursday at midnight, the day before your recurred billing on Friday.
How can I see if my order has been processed correctly?
It's very simple, connect to your online account and you can discover the details of your order in the section "Manage future orders". Please note that to access your customer account, you must first activate your account and create a password. To do this, refer to the confirmation email sent to you when you placed your first order.
Is it possible to change the smoothies flavours ordered for my next shipment?
You can change your order in your customer account under the "manage" tab. You can also skip a month, cancel your subscription, change your delivery address, and add a promotional code under the same tab.
Can there be weather-related delays?
Unfortunately, this can happen in complicated weather situations. However, we will always ensure that your box is delivered to your door and is in good condition. If you are in this situation, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will be happy to answer you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I receive emails from you in my inbox, but I don't have access to my Evive account, is that normal?
Yes, it is quite possible that you have not completed your registration to our service by creating a password first. You can always send an email to customer service at email@example.com and they will send you a link to activate your account. Afterwards, you will be able to access your subscription very easily and manage your orders.
I would like to be part of the ambassador program, how do I do that?
All you have to do is fill in the form provided for this purpose at https://en.evivesmoothie.com/pages/become-an-ambassador. Our team will answer you within 7 days of your registration. Please note that only Evive Online subscribers have access to this ambassador program. What is the advantage? I no longer wish to receive Evive smoothies, how do I do that?
To unsubscribe it's easy. Login to your customer account, then go to the "View details" section and click on "Cancel your subscription". Please note that our products are also available in grocery stores, if you wish to continue to consume them. What if I am not at home on the delivery day?
We send packages without a signature required. The package will therefore be left in front of your door or in a safe place. We still advise you to have them delivered to your workplace if it is possible for you to put them in a freezer. Please note that the 4 delivery companies we work with ensure that packages are always left in a safe place.
Where do you deliver to?
We only ship to Canada for the moment. Shipping costs are free for Quebec and Ontario. Otherwise, we can serve a few regions in other provinces, such as Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, etc. Our team will contact you if we are unable to deliver your package and a refund will be made.
Since it is a frozen product, how can I have it delivered to my home in good condition?
We deliver smoothies with dry ice and thermal insulation that keeps everything cold below 4 degrees for a period of at least 48 hours. Simply freeze the smoothies again when you receive them.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Since we deal with several delivery companies, it is unfortunately impossible to choose the delivery day. The delivery date always depends on your area and the delivery company. However, you will receive a message the day before delivery notifying you of the exact date you will receive your package.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Unfortunately, as we use several carriers with different operating modes, it is impossible for us to provide you with a tracking number at this time. To respond to this need, you will receive an email the day before your delivery to notify you of the receipt of your box.
Is it possible to minimize the packaging of your products?
Our packaging is necessary for the conservation and preservation of the product. However, we have chosen to use 100% recycled and recyclable plastic. Also, all the materials used in our shipments are 100% recyclable, even the insulation! What should we do with the packaging after delivery?
Absolutely all our packaging is recyclable, so we encourage you to recycle the insulation, the box and all the contents (except the smoothies of course) by putting them into your nearest recycling bin! For dry ice, it will evaporate into the air within a few hours. Note that it is very important not to touch it with your fingers though!
Do you collect the boxes and insulation material?
We are currently working on a reusable box project with our main carrier. For now, reusing the boxes is not available at this time. However, we use 100% recycled and recyclable material to package your smoothies. All you have to do is put all the packaging into the recycling, even the thermal insulation.
In which grocery stores can I find Evive smoothies?
Our smoothies are available in the frozen organic section of IGA, Rachelle Béry, Metro, April and several other independent grocery stores. Find the nearest points of sale by entering your address above the interactive map.
I can't find the smoothies in the point of sale indicated by the map. What do I do now?
In this case, do not hesitate to ask the manager to order some as soon as possible! We also invite you to contact our team via our social accounts to let us know or by email at email@example.com! Will your new flavours be available in grocery stores?
Five of our delicious flavours are available in grocery stores (Samurai, Yogi, Touk Touk, Pure and Asana)! However, Azteque, Viva, Yin and Saphir will be only be available to order online on our website in order to offer exclusive benefits to our subscribers.
Is it more economical to buy in a grocery store than online?
Both options have their advantages. In grocery stores, the average price of our smoothie wheel is $3.50 and online $3.75. The advantage online is that you will have access to exclusive promotions and flavors. In addition, you can subscribe to the Evive Ambassador program which can earn you credits. Do your products contain nuts and peanuts?
All our products may contain traces of nuts and peanuts, as we work in a government environment that includes other agribusinesses. Be very careful before consuming the products to check for allergies.
What are the recommended liquids to add and what quantities are required?
All our recipes have been developed to be delicious with water. However, for a creamy texture, we suggest adding vegetable milk, such as almond, soybean or oat milk. To make it easier for you and avoid having to use a measuring cup, we recommend that you simply cover the cubes with the liquid.
