If I place an order on your site, when will it be delivered?

All orders placed before midnight on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday the next week. For the orders placed after this deadline, packages will be delivered the following week, 10 days later. You will receive a confirmation email when your package is on the way.

How can I change my delivery frequency?

To change your delivery frequency to 1,2,3 or 4 weeks, simply write to our customer service at info@evivesmoothie.com. It will be a great pleasure to assist you!

Since it is a frozen product, how can I have it delivered to my home in good condition?

We deliver the smoothies with dry ice and thermal insulation. This keeps everything cold under 4 degrees for a period of at least 48 hours. Just refreeze the smoothies when you receive them.

If I'm not home during the delivery day, what happens?

We send the order without a required signature. The package will be left in front of your door or in a safe place. We also suggest you have them delivered to your work if you know you wont be home during the day, and then put them straight in the freezer.

I want to try the products just once, am I obliged to subscribe?

Yes, A subscription is required. On the other hand, it is possible to change the frequency of delivery to a longer period. We offer delivery every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks. You can also skip an order or month or cancel your subscription at any time.

I want to order the Mason Evive jar, how to do it?

Evive jars are not yet available on our website. This is an exclusive gift to our subscribers who receive it free of charge on their 4th order!

What are the recommended liquids to add and what are the required quantities?

All our recipes have been developed to be great with water. On the other hand, for a creamy texture, we suggest adding vegetable milk, either almond, soy or Veggemo's vegetable-based milk. To make it easier for you and to avoid having to use a measuring cup, we suggest you to simply cover the cubes with the liquid. For a snack, just put 4 cubes and for a full breakfast, all 8 cubes.

Is it possible to minimize the packaging of your products?

Our packaging is necessary for the preservation of the product. However, we choose to use a 100% recycled and recyclable plastic. Also, all the materials used during our shipments are 100% recyclable, even the insulation!

Will your new flavors be available in grocery stores?

Asana and Pure are already available in select grocery stores! On the other hand, the Aztec and other flavors will be exclusive to the website. This allows us to diversify the offer and extend new content to our subscribers.

Is it possible to change the smoothie flavors ordered for my next shipment?

You can change your order in your customer account under the "manage" tab. You can also skip a month, cancel your subscription, change your delivery address and add a promotional code under this tab.

Is it possible to know the nutritional values of each smoothie?

What should we do with the packaging after delivery?

All our packaging is recyclable, so you can recycle the insulation, the box and all the content (except the smoothies of course). For the dry ice, it will evaporate after a few hours. It is very important not to touch the dry ice with your fingers!

Do your products contain nuts and peanuts?

All of our products may contain traces of nuts and peanuts because we work in a government environment that includes other agribusiness companies. Be careful before consuming products to check for allergies.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Since we are working with several delivery companies, it is unfortunately impossible to choose the delivery day. The delivery date always depends on your area and the delivery company. You will receive a message the day before delivery notifying you of the exact date you will receive your package. 

Do you provide a tracking number?

Unfortunately, as we use multiple delivery companies with different operating modes, it is impossible for us to provide you with a tracking number at this time. To respond to this inconvenience, you will receive an email the day before your delivery to notify you of the arrival of your box.

Do you collect boxes and insulation material?

We are currently working on a box reuse project with our main transporter. However, box recovery is not available at this time. But we use 100% recycled and recyclable material to package your smoothies. All you have to do is put all the packaging in the recycling, even the thermal insulation.

I receive emails from you in my mailbox but I don't have access to my Evive account, is that normail?

Yes, it is quite possible that you may not have completed your registration to our service by creating a password in advance. You can always send an email to customer service at info@evivesmoothie.com and they will send you a link to activate your account. Afterwards you will be able to have access to your subscription very easily and manage your orders.

I would like to be part of the ambassador program, how do I do that?

All you have to do is fill in the form provided for this purpose at https://evivesmoothie.com/pages/devenir-ambassadrice. Our team will answer you within 7 days of your registration. 

I have a lot of smoothies in my freezer, can I use them in another way?
